Your data
Prayer Tracker has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. This page explains where your data lives and how to remove it.
Where your data lives
- On your iPhone — your location, settings, prayer marks, qada ledger and fasts, in the app's own storage.
- In your iCloud account, if iCloud is enabled for the app — a copy of the settings, prayer marks, qada ledger and fasts, in Apple's key-value store, so that they come back on a new iPhone.
We cannot read, export or delete this data for you, because we never receive it.
Delete the data on your iPhone
Delete the app: touch and hold its icon → Remove App → Delete App. This removes everything the app stored on the device.
Remove the copy in iCloud
Before deleting the app, turn off iCloud for it: Settings → your name → iCloud → See All → Prayer Tracker → off. Then delete the app. Apple's key-value store is not listed in iCloud storage management; if you need Apple to remove that copy, contact Apple Support. We plan to add an in-app option to erase the iCloud copy.
What we hold
The only subscription-related data that can reach us is the original transaction identifier and the subscription status that Apple sends in App Store Server Notifications. It contains no name, email address or payment details, and it is kept only as long as needed to verify the subscription and to meet accounting obligations. Your purchase history itself is held by Apple in your Apple Account.
Support emails
Emails you send us are deleted 12 months after the last message in the conversation. Ask at support@prayertrackerapp.com to have them deleted sooner.
